Gravida Tender Touch Facial Massage and Pulse Point Oil 120ml

What is it? Very light in both feel and fragrance, with jojoba, avocado, borage and rosehip seed oils

Why it works:
o Avocado Oil rich oil that readily penetrates the skin due to the presence of Palmitoleic Acid. Avocado Oil is best suited for dry skin applications.

o Jojoba Oil is the closest oil to your skin’s own sebum, it is very soothing, helpful in healing and protecting skin from the aging process.

o Borage Seed Oil is very high in the essential fatty acid Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA – Omega 6), making it extremely valuable in skin care formulations. Numerous studies have shown the topical application of oils containing GLA will effectively repair severely dry skin.

o Rose Hip Seed Oil is high in Linoleic and Linolenic essential fatty acids, which are key components of the epidermal lipid bi-layer. This oil is beneficial for the treatment of damaged and distressed skin by providing intense moisture.

Intensive Tummy Stretch-Ease Serum 500ml

What is it? Rich in argan oil (with naturally occurring antioxidants); macadamia oil with the restorative healing benefits of apricot and rosehip seed oils, this EFA and GLA packed serum will ease taut stressed skin, building in elasticity and helping alleviate itch and extreme dryness.

Why it works:
o Apricot Kernel Oil is a highly unsaturated emollient providing natural moisturisation and nourishing Linoleic Acid in a dry, non-greasy form. Apricot Kernel Oil is good for sensitive, dry or inflamed skin.

o Avocado Oil is rich oil that readily penetrates the skin due to the presence of Palmitoleic Acid. Avocado Oil is best suited for dry skin applications.

o Grape Seed Oil is a rich source of Linoleic acid. It is plentiful in antioxidants and is known to reduce the look of stretch marks.

o Macadamia Nut Oil is more stable than almost all other vegetable oils due to low levels of poly-unsaturated fatty acids. This oil has rapid skin penetration and helps to tone dry and aged skin

o Argan Oil is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants such as flavonoids and tocopherols. Argan oil contains 56 mg/Kg of polyphenols and double the amount of tocopherols mg/Kg (620) than olive oil (320)

Relaxing Eye Compress 500ml

What is it? Cooling and relaxing formula with aloe vera, chamomile, gingko biloba and Japanese green tea extract

Why it works:
o Aloe Vera is one of the oldest medicinal plants known. Widely revered and used by the ancient Egyptians and Native Americans, it has remarkable healing abilities because it is a natural oxygenator (drawing and holding oxygen to the skin). For this same reason, it is one of the most effective cellular renewal ingredients available for use in cosmetics. It has a composition similar to that of human blood plasma and sea water, and because its pH is the same as human skin, it is extremely soothing and protective. It is also a natural astringent.

o Chamomile Extract is one of the safest medicinal herbs. Chamomile is a soothing, gentle relaxant that has been shown to work for a variety of complaints. Although best known as a muscle relaxant and antispasmodic, chamomile also has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory capabilities. The plant's healing properties come from its daisy-like flowers.

o Japanese Green Tea reduces skin irritation and scavenges free radicals. Polyphenols (catechins) act as effective antioxidant agents to scavenge free radicals.

o Witch Hazel is used to cleanse skin, reduce redness, soothe and balance skin tone. This natural ingredient is also known by its botanical name Hamamelis Virginiana.

o Coneflower has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.

o Gingko Biloba is one of the oldest living tree species and its leaves are among the most extensively studied botanicals in use today. Ginkgo leaves contain two types of chemicals (flavonoids and terpenoids) believed to have potent antioxidant properties.
